We offer professional high value personal training that is fully customized to your goals, needs, and the way your body moves based off of our standardized movement assessment. This route is perfect if you have very specific goals, physical limitations, or concerns and allows us to deliver the best exercise selection for your unique ability.
Our individualized design group class combines the best of Personal Training with the best of group. You are assigned a coach to meet you monthly and work on your specific goals, and you also get to do a fully customized class workout with other people so you don’t miss out on the benefits of the group environment.
We offer 1 on 1 Nutrition Coaching designed to help you understand food better for you. This is not another diet or restrictive approach, but a fully customized plan based on your experiences, needs and body.
We offer fitness classes for two age groups. Our kids class is for ages 8-12 and meets 2x weekly Tuesday and Thursday at 4PM. Our teens class is for teens 13+ and meets 3x Weekly Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 4PM.
We specialize in providing health and fitness coaching to those with special needs from different communities including the autistic community as well as those with chronic illnesses such as Multiple Sclerosis, Alzheimers, Diabetes and Prediabetes, Parkinsons, Fibromyalgia, and more.
