Kids/Teens and Fitness

Our kids and teens classes are designed to teach kids how to move safely and efficiently while also encouraging them to have FUN! Our goal is for them to fall in love with movement so that they develop fitness across a lifetime.

Ages 8-12 meet two times weekly on Tues/Thurs at 4PM and ages 13+ meet Mon/Wed/Fri at 4PM as well. Classes for both ages are one hour.
