Biography
Kelsey is a passionate CrossFit Level 1 Trainer and CPR-certified coach. With over 14 years of competitive swimming experience and 5 years as a swim coach, she brings a deep understanding of athletic discipline, technique, and teamwork to her coaching. She specializes in creating a welcoming, supportive environment where individuals can build strength, improve mobility, and gain confidence—all while having fun. Kelsey believes fitness is about more than physical gains; it’s about mental resilience, community, and celebrating progress, no matter how big or small. Whether you’re new to CrossFit or a seasoned athlete, she focuses on scalable workouts, proper technique, and plenty of encouragement to help you reach your goals.When she’s not coaching, Kelsey enjoys rock climbing, biking, hanging out with her dog and husband, making cards, swimming, and playing in the outdoors.
